New Delhi:
The national capital witnessed a clear sky on Friday morning even as the minimum temperature settled three degrees below normal at 5.8 degrees Celsius, according to the India Meteorological Department.
The maximum temperature is expected to settle down at 19 degrees Celsius.
The national capital recorded 80 per cent relative humidity at around 8:30 pm.
