Shiv Sena appeals for massive participation in Holy Amarnath Yatra

JAMMU: Shiv Sena Bala Saheb Thackeray Jammu and Kashmir unit today organized a special invitation programme for Shri Amarnath Yatra commencing from June 28 this year during which it invited Shiv Sainiks from all over the country to enthusiastically participate in this sacred Yatra and get blessed on having the Darshan of the Shivalingam at the holy shrine in Kashmir.
Shiv Sena J&K unit president Manish Sahni while speaking on the occasion informed that today’s Amarnath Yatra invitation programme was being organized in the party office as per instructed by the party’s National chief Uddhav Saheb Thackeray and National Secretary Anil Desai.
In this programme, virtual meetings are being held with state heads of Shiv Sena and national leaders from Maharashtra.
Sahni informed that the Shiv Sainiks wish to join the Yatra have been requested to register their self for 14th July to leave from Jammu.
Sahni further said that the written invitation letter has been also sent to all the heads of state on behalf of the Jammu and Kashmir unit. Besides, the Shiv Sainiks across the nation shall reach out to intending pilgrims through media and by holding regular awareness programmes to disseminate information about the Yatra, he asserted.
Meanwhile, Sahni informed that all the Shiv Sainiks have been asked to strictly adhere to the COVID-19 SOPs issued by the government from time to time while embarking upon the sacred Yatra to receive the blessings of Bhole Baba.
