NC Councillor, P. Wangdan Shunu alongwith supporters joins BJP

LEH: National Conference, Lower Leh Councillor, Phuntsog Wangdan Shunu alongwith Executive members, members and political activists joined Bharatiya Janata Party, (BJP) here at party Headquarter here today.
Jamyang Tsering Namgyal, MP Ladakh/ State President BJP UT Ladakh, District BJP President, Dorjay Angchuk, VP BJP and Advocate Tashi Gyalson completed the formalities of their induction into the BJP by offering traditional scarf (Khataks).
While welcoming new members MP Ladakh informed that after the dissolving the NC party in Leh, their leaders, activists, workers, volunteers and supporters joined BJP today led by Lower Leh Councillor, P. Wangdan Shunu. He said, with the support of all the new members we can work with full dedication for the development of region and try to fulfill the pending demands of Ladakh through the platform of BJP. He further said that several political activists joined BJP from Nubra and Zanskar recently.
Addressing the gathering P. Wangdan Shunu said, after deliberate discussion with our members and with the unanimous decision of all, today we joined BJP. Our main purpose is to take up the job with sincerity so as to ensure that hands of our MP JTN are strengthened for the welfare of public. Wangdan said that he alongwith all his supporters will support MP JTN on the agenda of BJP which is “Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas”. Meanwhile, MP Ladakh, JTN launched the power point presentation for social media which reflects all the works and initiatives taken by BJP in one year after Ladakh became UT.
