MP Jugal terms Art 370, 35A as illegal curse for J&K

BJP MP from Jammu-Poonch Lok Sabha Constituency Jugal Kishore Sharma speaking in the Parliament on Tuesday.

New Delhi: Jugal Kishore Sharma Member of Parliament Lok Sabha Jammu Poonch today roaring in Lok Sabha to abolish illegally imposed curse article 370 and 35A from Jammu and Kashmir at New Delhi.
Jugal Kishore Sharma Member of Parliament while speaking in Lok Sabha said that it is time to rejoice and understand the dynamics of new political and security dimensions of the historic decision taken by the present NDA government under the visionary statesmanship of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi and astute leadership of Home Minister Amit Shah.
He said that Maharaja Hari Singh has done accession of J&K with India in October 1947 and then article 370 and 35A in Jammu and Kashmir was ill-fate of J&K imposed by previous Congress and NC led governments and terrorism also started under article 370.
He said that after independence people of J&K are suffering with the curse and waiting for its eradication.
Always a fake story to save identity was told to the people to do dirty politics but true identity was stolen with fake words.
The implementation of development and central sponsored schemes launched to uplift poor class was put in siege.
Thrusting on Jawahar Lal Nehru and Congress tactics and also involving Sheikh Abdullah in dirty game he said that PoJK is also a result of dirty politics imposed on J&K.
West Pakistan Refugees and Kashmiri Pandits also deprived off their fundamental rights. Reminding the names of great leaders Bhim Rao Ambedkar, Sardar Patel and Shayama Parasad Mukherjee he said that timely agitations were also done by them to crush the article.
The historical blunder of having a separate Constitution of Jammu and Kashmir which promoted separatism rather than ensuring state’s full integration with the rest of India will end now with scrapping of Article 370 & abolishing 35 A will promote business & development in state & will take J&K to the new heights. The Constitution of India will be fully applicable without any exceptions in Jammu & Kashmir.
