JAMMU: A meeting of the office bearers of the DSSP was held today to pay tribute to Maharaja Hari Singh on his birthday anniversary. The meeting unanimously endorsed the message of its leader Ch Lal Singh, while remembering Maharaja Hari Singh, called upon the rank and file of DSSP to gear up for the final shot for the restoration of the Dogra pride in the form of Jammu state. He expressed happiness that it is the result of two years continue struggle of the people of Jammu under DSSP that today everyone feeling proud being Dogra and many people have started different enterprises in the name of Dogras. He further said that it is the untiring efforts of the people of Jammu that toady Dogri has been given due respect and made it official language. He called upon all the different organisations of Jammu to be united for the larger interest of Dogras and give of petty political considerations for a bigger change as a real tribute to Maharaja Hari Singh.
DSSP Chairman, in his message, expressed shock on the total collapse of the healthcare in Jammu and demanded personal intervention of Lt Governor to tackle this problem. Ch Lal Singh gave virtual message to his party members in particular and public in general due to being unwell. He assured the people of Jammu that he will fight for the cause of Jammu till his last breath and last bullet. Prominent among those attended meeting included Dr Hari Dutt Shishu, General Secretary; KD Singh, Vice president; Sunita Sharma, Vice president; Prof H R Sharma, S S Billwaria, Raju Pahalwan, Gurmeet Singh and many others.
