Jammu & Kashmir Women Loses By 7 Wickets

Jammu and Kashmir women continued their dismal show after they suffered a
seven wickets defeat in the hands of Hyderabad in the Senior Women’s Twenty-20 League at MBB Stadium, Agartala today.

As per the reports reaching here, Hyderabad won the toss and opted for field. J&K could make 94 runs for four wickets, which, in reply, Hyderabad chased in 14 overs for three wickets.

Earlier, skipper Sarla Devi fought lone battle from J&K hitting the Hyderbad bowlers hard. She remained unbeaten at 53 runs coming off 51 balls studded with six hits over the fence and two boundaries.

Bismah Hassan contributed 16 not out.

Hyderabad chased the total rather easily making 96 runs for three wickets sparing six overs of their innings.

Himani Yadav played match winning innings of 44 not out.
