Dushyant represents JKOA in meet with Goa CM

JAMMU: President of Jammu and Kashmir Olympic Association (JKOA), Dushyant Sharma was part of the high level Games Technical Conduct Committee (GTCC) of the Indian Olympic Association (IOA) that called on the Chief Minister of hosts of 2020 National Games, Goa, Pramod Sawant.
The meeting which discussed various aspects of the proposed National Games at Goa next year was attended besides Chief Minister of the host State by Sports Minister of Goa, Manohar Azgoakar.
As per reports reaching here, the IOA delegation was led by general secretary, Rajiv Mehta, who briefed the Goa CM on behalf of the IOA president, Narender Batra with regard to the preparations and participation of the States.
“We had a very fruitful meeting with the Goa CM and Goa Sports Minister with regard to the National Games. However, on the sidelines of the meeting, the young Goa CM inquired about the prevailing sports scenario in J&K,” SSP with J&K Police and president of J&K Wrestling Association, Dushyant Sharma said.
