COVID: +ve cases cross 100 mark in J&K UT

Jammu: The positive cases number on Thursday crossed 100 mark taking the total number of positive cases in Jammu and Kashmir to 126201.
The Government informed that 108 new positive cases of novel Coronavirus (31from Jammu division and 77 from Kashmir division, have been reported in the past 24 hours.
Moreover, 59 more COVID-19 patients have recovered and been discharged from various hospitals including 11 from Jammu Division and 48 from Kashmir Division.
According to the daily Media Bulletin on novel Coronavirus (Covid-19), out of 126201 positive cases, 820 are Active Positive, 123426 have recovered and 1955 have died; 725 in Jammu division and 1230 in Kashmir division.
The Bulletin further said that out of 5117679test results available, 4991478 samples have been tested as negative till February 25.
Till date 1290451 persons have been enlisted for observation which included 34268 persons in home quarantine including facilities operated by government, 820 in isolation and 108271 in home surveillance.
