Lucknow: The Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) on Thursday said the honourable courts have started questioning the Centre and the state governments, after taking cognisance of the condition of private and government hospitals and the terrible state of migrant workers.
Taking to micro-blogging site Twitter, BSP supremo Mayawati said, ”It is a matter of some relief that on the 65th day of the lockdown in the country, the honourable courts have started asking questions and seeking answers from the Centre and state governments in connection with the malfunctioning of government hospitals, neglect of the private hospitals and the increasing plight and death of migrant workers.”
”The way in which the bitter reality of the miserable state of migrant workers and their deaths while travelling is coming in front of the country through the media, it re-establishes the fact that the Centre and state governments are not worried about them at all, which is extremely saddening,” she added.
