All J&K Jat Sabha felicitates Priyanka Choudhary

SAMBA: President All J&K Jat Sabha and former Minister, S.Manjeet Singh, along with former Member Legislative Council (MLC) and State Secretary BJP (J&K) Ch. Vikram Randhawa today felicitated Priyanka Choudhary on her selection as Flying Officer in the Indian Air Force (IAF).
While speaking on the occasion S. Manjit Singh said that Priyanka has brought laurels not to the Samba district but to the entire Jat community through her hard work and dedication which led to her selection as flying officer.
He said that it is a proud moment for the Jat community of Jammu.
Ch. Vikram Randhawa while congratulating the young girl said that Priyanka has established that if given a chance the girls of the Jat Biradari are no less than boys. He said that she would become an inspiration not only for the girls but for the boys of the entire Jat Biradari also.
He said that time is gone when the girls from the Jat community were kept indoors due to social stigma and gender bias. He said now the time has come when people are treating girls at par with boys.
He also requested the community members to give their girls a chance to achieve their goals. He said that we should know the desire of our daughters and must support them to pursue their dreams. “Girls like Priyanka are gems of the community and her parents deserves more applauds who supported her in fulfilling a dream to become flying officer”, Randhawa added.
In the last the members of the Jat Sabha congratulated both Priyanka Choudhary and her proud parents for the feat and wished the newly selected flying officer a bright career ahead.
