In support of their demands, scores of PHE Daily Wagers of Jal Shakti Department staged a ‘Thali’ protest on Tuesday.
Holding ‘Thalis and earthen lamps’ in their steel plates several daily wagers assembled at their office and held a sit-in there.
While holding ‘thalis and earthen lamps’, in their plates the agitators chanted slogans like ‘this is earthen lamp (Diya) and our plates are empty.’
