Founding chairperson of ficci flo Kunwarni Ritu Singh celebrated Children’s Day with the children living in slums. This initiative is aimed at according dignity and inclusion to these under- privileged children of the society. Under this initia- tive ficci flo will impart education to these children. Moreover it will also make these children competent in different skills besides tak- ing health initiatives for them.
Prominent among others present on the occasion were Vice Chairperson Esther William, Payal Saraf, Kritika Khanna, Swati Dadeechi, Ankita Bansal and Kamakshi Dewan. The team engaged the underprivileged chil- dren in games, dancing and singing who could be seen enjoying all the fun and entertainment. The chil- dren also relished their favourite food provided to them by the ficci flo team.
The programme concluded with the distribution of prizes. In her address on the occasion Kunwarni Ritu Singh reiterated ficci flo’s commitment to empower these children through health camps, edu- cation and skilling pro- grammes for their equi- table development and pro- vide them dignity and equality at par with other children of the society.
