J&K logs 122 fresh Covid cases

Srinagar, Jammu and Kashmir on Wednesday witnessed 122 fresh positive cases of Covid-19, an official spokesman said.

He said 52 active cases were reported from Jammu division and 70 reported from Kashmir valley taking the total number of active positive cases to 531 across the Union Territory.

In the meantime 62 more COVID-19 patients have recovered and discharged from various hospitals including 12 from Jammu Division and 50 from Kashmir, he said.

As many as 4,137 COVID tests have also been conducted across Jammu and Kashmir during the last 24 hours also.

“In case of any emergency people can avail free ambulance services 24×7 at their doorsteps by calling on toll-free number 108 while pregnant women and sick infants can avail free ambulance services by dialling toll-free number 102”, the spokesman added.

He said, People can also call the toll-free National helpline number 1075 J&K COVID-19 Helpline Number 104 for assistance.
