Army, Security Agencies hold review meeting in J&K’s Rajouri

Jammu :  India Army along with other sister agencies on Sunday held a security review meeting ahead of Republic Day celebrations and in the back drop of the recent Terror Attacks in which seven people were killed and 15 injured in bordering Rajouri district of Jammu and Kashmir.

The meeting was chaired by Major General YS Ahlawat.

“A Joint Intelligence and Security Conference by the Indian Army with CRPF, BSF, Police and Intelligence Agencies was held at Rajouri to review the prevailing internal situation based on the assessments of the participating agencies,” official Twitter handle of 16 Corps said.

The meeting discussed the prevailing security situation in the region and other areas of concern, said an official.
