Absent teachers suspended in Kishtwar

Jammu: As many as five teachers were suspended on Saturday for being absent in Kishtwar district of Jammu and Kashmir.
Official spokesman here said that District Development Commissioner Kishtwar, Rajinder Singh Tara today placed fice teachers under suspension.
On the directions of DDC, he said that the Tehsildar Drabshalla conducted surprise inspection of various schools and during inspection found the five teachers, Bindu Bhagat and Assya Banoo of PS Dunadi; Mulkh Raj of PS Bhutna and Muneera Akhter and Shazia Tariq of PS Pani Nalla absent from their duties.
The suspended teachers were directed to remain present in their respective schools besides Chief Education Officer Kishtwar was directed to conduct in-depth inquiry into the matter and submit the detailed report within 15 days.
