Chronological age vs biological age

Chronological age is the number of years a person has been alive, while biological age refers to how old a person seems.
Biological age, also called physiological age, is a measure of how well or poorly your body is functioning relative to your actual calendar age. For example, you may have a calendar or chronological age of 65, but because of a healthy and active lifestyle you may not look your age.
Your chronological age just tells how long you’ve been kicking around, your biological age indicates how long it’s likely to be before you suffer age related decline and start to die.
All these age calculators compare your measurements for a range of health risk factors to an average or an ideal number to come up with your score. Having an older biological age on these calculators simply means you have at least one risk factor that is higher than the number set as “normal”.
We consider this chronological age to be our real age, we often overlook the fact that some people with a chronological age of 50 may be as fit as 30 year old’s, yet others have a chronological age of 35, but in terms of their physical condition are 60 yrs old. To determine a person’s true state of health, we must examine their biological age. Biological age is calculated on the basis of a person’s physical and mental condition – and therefore expresses their true age.
There are procedures with which we can calculate the biological and the chronological age and will be able to diagnose the requirements of the skin and precautions and measures that can be taken according to the readings.
With these accurate reading one is able to treat the skin and follow the Regime the CPMT rule on regular basis. Thus shall be able to maintain the biological and the chronological age balance.
