Lohani inspects New Delhi Railway station

New Delhi, Aug 16: Chairman Railway Board Ashwani Lohani along with Vishwesh Chaube, GM/NR and R N Singh, DRM Delhi today inspected New Delhi Railway station.
CRB inspected the recently renovated and upgraded Upper Class Waiting Rooms and their toilets and the false ceiling work under progress on Platform number 1.
CRB also inspected the newly commissioned digital museum and also at concourse on Ajmere Gate side.
CRB said that the digital museum was a novel way of showcasing the glorious heritage of Indian Railways and it would be further proliferated at other stations also.
He said that passengers can get a glimpse of Railway heritage by scanning the QR codes through their smartphones.
CRB also visited the Blood Donation Camp organised by the Railway staff union (NRMU).
He complimented the NRMU for this noble gesture indicative of their positive role in staff welfare.
