Drop membership of BJP for self respect, Mankotia to Lal Singh, Ganga

UDHAMPUR, APR 15: Criticising the role of the ruling BJP in Rasana case, former MLA and NPP state president Balwant Singh Mankotia asked the sacked BJP Ministers Ch Lal Singh and Chander Parkash Ganga to drop the membership of BJP for self respect. He said the way party has ousted the two cabinet ministers for sake of power, is questionable.
Addressing a press conference here today, Mankotia advised both Lal Singh and Ganga to resign from the membership of party. If both remained in party after the ouster from cabinet, it seems that both are not in favour of CBI probe demanded by the local people of Rasana, he added. Mankotia made a scathing attack on BJP for sacking its two cabinet ministers under Chief Minister’s pressure while party is ruling the country. They only supported the CBI inquiry demanded by the local people, he said, blaming that BJP can do anything for the sake of power in state. “Amazingly, if any one demands a CBI probe in the matter he is being projected in the country and international level as criminal which is totally wrong,” Mankotia said adding people are on the roads from day one in favour of strong punishment for culprits and CBI enquiry.
