BJP-PDP coalition a security threat, dismiss it: Harsh

JAMMU, MAR 13: Perturbed over growing secessionist tendencies in the State and appeasement of separatists and anti-nationals in Kashmir by the incumbent regime, JKNPP activists led by Chairman, Harsh Dev Singh and State President Young Panthers, Yash Paul Kundal held a massive protest demonstration at Exhibition Ground, Jammu seeking immediate dismissal of BJP-PDP Govt in the state. The protestors torched effigy of ruling alliance amidst slogans against PDP and BJP for having promoted the separatists culture and Pro Pak agenda in the state.
While addressing media, Harsh Dev Singh said that recovery of dozens of mobile phones, sim cards, pen drives, digital cards, Hizbul posters, Pak flags, Jihadi literature and Hard disks from Central Jail Srinagar by NIA teams during their raid had spilled the beans indicating obvious involvement of several authorities in the administration and Govt in the entire gamut. Recovery of Jehadi material by NIA in the Central Jail housing dreaded militants besides Pak terrorists was the most sensational disclosure of grave magnitude of all times, which could not have been possible without support of the Govt, remarked Harsh.
Expressing further dismay over the Govt inaction during raising of pro-Pak slogans amidst waving of Pak and ISIS flags during funeral procession of dreaded militant Eisa Fazili in Saura yesterday, Singh said that appeasement policy pursued by ruling alliance was responsible for emboldening pro-Pak forces in the State. Describing PDP-BJP coalition as security threat, Singh called for dismissal of the present Govt to save the State. He urged for immediate indulgence of the Governor and invocation of Sec-92 of the State constitution before it was too late.
Harsh Dev Singh pointed out that the constitutional failure in the state was evident not only form the happenings in Kashmir but also from the fast deteriorating law and order in Jammu region and a confidence crisis faced by ruling party. With various districts of Jammu region also on boil and massive protests of violent nature occurring in various places, the people had lost faith in the present dispensation, he said. He said that growing public anger with ‘divide and rule’ policy followed in Jammu region had completely exposed the opportunist alliance necessitating its exit in the interests of peace and public order. Asserting that any further continuance of the unethical alliance could prove disastrous for the peace and security of the State, Singh called for its dismissal at the earliest. He said that JKNPP would launch a movement from Jammu Kashmir to New Delhi for immediate dismissal of the unholy opportunist BJP-PDP combine in the State.
