JAMMU, FEB 12: Anguished over terror attack on Army camp in Sunjwan, members of Yuva Rajput Sabha held a protest demonstration against Pakistan, here today.
Led by Sabha president Rajveer Singh, the activists raised slogans against Pakistan and also torched a Pakistani flag.
While addressing the protestors, Rajveer Singh strongly condemned the terror attack and said that the incident was resultant of weak policies of the BJP Government at Centre as well in the State.
Rajveer Singh also lambasted former Speaker Mohd Akbar Lone for raising pro-Pak slogans in the Assembly. He said that was a matter of shame as well as a concern that a senior MLA, who remained Speaker of the Assembly as well as a Cabinet Minister raised pro-Pakistan slogans in the House and no action was taken against him. He said that this will set a very bad precedence if no action is taken against the concerned MLA as it will encourage others to do the same in future.
