Rajouri: A doctor posted in Border Security Force among three sustained injuries when an official vehicle they were travelling in collided head on with a jeep at Bakhar village in Dharamsal area here on Jammu-Poonch Highway. Accident took place this morning when a gypsy (JK02BQ 40639) and Scorpio vehicle (JK11B 9192) collided head on at Bakhar Village. BSF doctor Dr K Vikrant sustained a head injury and was shifted to GMC for further treatment while Deputy Commandant P V Charan and a constable Kanhaiya Lal, travelling in the same vehicle had a narrow escape and stated to be stable. “Due to critical condition of injured doctor, he was shifted to GMC Jammu for further treatment while other officials are stable,” police said. Police have also taken cognizance into the matter and started proceedings.
