Adbi Kunj holds multifaceted literary meet

JAMMU, OCT 12: The oldest multilingual literary organization, Adbi Kunj today held a special multifaceted literary meet to celebrate 103rd birthday of Malika-e-Ghazal, Begum Akhtar and on the occasion of Karwa-Chouth. The meet was presided over by a well known Urdu and Kashmiri poet Romesh Kumar Naz while renowned poetess, Santosh Shah Nadan was the Special Guest. Bishan Dass Khak conducted proceeding of the meet. Chairman, Aarash Dalmotra; General Secretary, Malik Singh Wafa and President, Sham Talib were also shared the presidium.
In opening session, members of Adbi Kunj paid tributes to Begum Akhtar. Members also congratulated married women on Karwa-Chouth festival. On the occasion, Santosh Shah Nadan read-out complete tale of Karwa-Chouth while Aarash Dalmotra presented a Hindi poem Karwa-Chouth-Ki-Kahani.
The meet culminated with vote of thanks by Aarash Dalmotra, Chairman Adbi Kunj.
