Bhalla opposes Govt’s decision to introduce Kashmiri language in Jammu

SRINAGAR, AUG 6: Reacting over the decision of the government to introduce Kashmiri language, Former Minister and senior Congress leader Raman Bhalla today said that imposition of Kashmiri language in a selective manner in Jammu smacks of nefarious motivations and sectarian objectives.
Addressing workers at Preet Nagar in Gandhi Nagar Assembly Constituency, Bhalla said that the people of Jammu are feeling betrayed, as their problems are accumulating with each passing day. He assailed the BJP-PDP Govt for its failure in deliverance.
During his public interaction, Bhalla said that Coalition Govt of PDP-BJP has crossed all limits of discrimination with people. It is now evident that coalition is working absolutely against the urges and aspirations of the people for power. First, they betrayed people on sensitive issues and secured votes now they are discriminating with people on political, which is not only unfortunate, but highly condemnable, he said.
He blamed Coalition Govt for mis-governance and mismanagement which has added miseries to people.
He said the situation in Jammu province had virtually turned out of control due to the severe shortage of drinking water and worst-ever power crisis during summer.
