Narendra, Magotra receive Alp Vistarak teams of north Kashmir

BARAMULLA, JUL 16: Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) state general secretary and Incharge Kashmir, Dr Narendra Singh, and party youth president Dr Suresh Ajay Magotra received the ‘Alp Vistarak’ teams of Baramulla district today.
The ‘Alp Vistarak’ teams were formed two weeks ago to visit the remotest areas to strengthen the party at booth level.
Dr Singh, who is on his maiden visit to Kashmir after being nominated as party’s Incharge Kashmir, expressed happiness over the activities of party workers as ‘Alp Vistarak’ in north Kashmir. Dr Singh said in last two weeks the Alp Vistarak teams spread the awareness of different government schemes meant for the welfare of the people.
On being nominated as the Incharge Kashmir, Dr Singh said that his priority would be to strengthen party in Kashmir.
Senior leader and Animal Husbandry Minister Abdul Gani Kohli, who is also In-charge Minister Baramulla from party, also addressed the gathering and said the party was committed to address the genuine demands of the people. State vice president Yudvir Sethi said the party got massive response from the people. BJYM president Dr Suresh Ajay Mangotra said that it was a good sign that a large number of youth are joining the party. Earlier, Dr Singh was received by a huge gathering of party workers at Srinagar airport.
District presidents of north Kashmir including D K Nehru (Baramulla), Mohammad Jamal (Kupwara) and Sheikh Wasim Bari (Bandipora) were also present.
